The Gay Vegans

Restaurant review: The Taco Man

After over a dozen meals here it’s time to share a review on The Taco Man.

If you love delicious Mexican food, we highly recommend going to The Taco Man!

The first thing we love about this spot is the kind owner. Followed by the separated vegan options on the menu and on the menu board. That always makes ordering so much easier.

We have tried pretty much every vegan item offered. Never a disappointment on taste or flavor. I love that they frequently offer vegan pozole (rojo style), and it’s delicious with all of the fixings. If you have always wanted to try pozole, this is a great place to do so. The tofu tacos, chips and guacamole and jackfruit tacos are typical meals for us, always fresh and delicious.

They also have vegan horchata!

My reviews are always based on delish vegan food and awesome service. The Taco Man has always been amazing with customer service, and we have always felt welcome and appreciated as customers.

The Taco Man is in a shopping mall at 310 N. Citrus in Azusa, north of the 210 and south of Foothill. Their Facebook page isĀ here.
